"This is the second furnace and air conditioner Controlled Air Systems has installed. The first one lasted 20yrs. I purchased the Maintenance Agreement every year to ensure it was kept in good working condition. The men are always courteous, professional and trustworthy. They will tell you how it really is, not what you want to hear. That is very refreshing, and why I chose them to install and maintain my second one!! The men who installed my second furnace and air conditioner in January were the same way, courteous, professional and trustworthy. The furnace is in my very small utility room (7x8) with my washer and dryer. They made sure to cover my washer and dryer so it wouldn't get accidently scratched while working in the confined space. They also covered my floors where they had to bring in the new equipment and remove the the old. The units were installed in less than one day. "We've used Chris and his team from Controlled Air for 17+ years. He and his team are always professional and courteous. They took such excellent care of our home's original HVAC system that we were able to get 22 years out of it. This past December we finally decided it was time to install a new system. Chris came and presented our options and we were able to get a better system for less than we ever thought it would cost. He installed our new unit quickly in one day and we hardly know it's on - it's that QUIET! He came back a couple of weeks ago to activate the AC system because December temperatures were just too cold to do it then. When he tested the AC system you could feel the house cool down within minutes. We always use him to conduct annual system checks which I think was a huge benefit in allowing our old system to work for 22 years. Whenever we have an issue, he's just a phone call away!
